About REEDS Jewelry Care Plans
REIMBURSEMENT WHEN IT'S BEYOND REPAIR
Your plan covers a single reimbursement for the amount you paid for the item, plus sales tax if the item is determined beyond repair.
LIFETIME JEWELRY CARE PLAN AND 3-YEAR JEWELRY CARE PLAN
The REEDS Jewelry Care Plans offer comprehensive coverage designed to preserve and protect your jewelry with professional cleaning, repair, and maintenance. The Jewelry Care Plans offer two options—lifetime or three-year coverage.
Here's What The Rest Of Your Coverage Can Help You Fix:
- Broken, worn or bent prongs
- Kinked chains and broken claps
- Stretched or broken pearl strands
- Broken earring backs or posts
- Cracks, chips, or scratches to diamonds or gemstones
- Loss of diamonds and gemstones from jewelry setting
Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan
The Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan offers a longer term of coverage and also includes:
Unlimited Ring Resizing
A one-time chain or
bracelet length shortening
A one-time earring
posts conversion
3 Year Care Plan
• Includes most of the same coverage as the Lifetime Jewelry Care Plan, but for the three-year period. Additional services like ring resizing, bracelet chain shortening and earring post conversion require lifetime care coverage.
• Can be renewed at the end of three years.
REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If we can’t repair your jewelry, you have our replacement guarantee where at our option, we’ll either replace it or reimburse you for the amount you paid for your jewelry, including sales tax with a store gift card or cash settlement. Replacement or reimbursement fulfills the contract.
Coverage is limited to the price paid for the jewelry, including sales tax.
